Le Vigan - Roquedur - Mandagout - Le Vigan
Here's a short, affordable route, but with a few small climbs nonetheless!
From Le Vigan, take the D981, a fairly quiet road that climbs gently to Roquedur, then descends to join the D999 for about 2 km to Le Rey. There, turn right onto the D329, which will take you to Costubagues and Mandagout. From there, descend back to Le Vigan via the Col des Mourèzes (D170).
