And sweet onions!

The Cévennes sweet onion (AOP) is a variety of onion renowned for its sweet and delicate flavor, as well as its tender and savory texture. Equally delicious raw or cooked, it is highly prized by top chefs! Sown in nurseries in February and then transplanted in the heart of spring, the Cévennes sweet onion (AOP) is cultivated on terraces , in narrow and often uneven plots. It is harvested by hand during the summer. It is then sold from the beginning of September in markets , local shops , or directly from the producers!
