Since the 13th century, I have watched over the Viganais region from my towers in the heart of the Languedoc Cévennes. Once a fortress, now a traditional hotel, I retain the soul of a family home; I am LE CHATEAU DU REY.

Located at the gateway to the Cévennes mountains in an exceptional setting, the Château du Rey hotel welcomes you to its 13th-century castle. We offer spacious and comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms in the towers and décor in keeping with the castle's style. You'll find its verdant 2-hectare park bordering the river, perfect for a leisurely stroll as a couple or family, and featuring a swimming pool where you can relax and soak up the sun.
In addition, the former sheepfold of the castle, converted into a restaurant, the Abeuradou, with its large terrace opening onto the park, will allow you to enjoy homemade cocktails and dishes made with regional products in an atmosphere of yesteryear.
