The house comprises a kitchen-dining room, a living room, three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with a separate toilet, all within a 150m² living space, plus a covered terrace adjoining the dining room and a 400m² garden. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, and more. Nearby, you'll find numerous opportunities for hiking, swimming in rivers or pools, and sports activities such as canoeing, climbing, horseback riding, and tennis. In the area, you'll find the Grottes des Demoiselles (Cave of the Maidens), the Cirque de Navacelles, Mont Aigoual, the Bambouseraie (bamboo garden), the Hérault Valley, and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert. Throughout the summer, numerous cultural and festive events are held in the surrounding area. Sumène is a charming Cévennes village, a wonderful place to live! The house is only available for rent during the summer holidays. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
