Presentation

From ridge to ridge, access the famous transhumance routes through which the herds pass to reach the summer pastures, to the perpetual sound of cowbells, under the constant gaze of Mont Aigoual.

After a pleasant climb through chestnut trees, an extraordinary view unfolds before you. The ridge path you follow is an old route used by transhumant flocks. You'll discover the sheep bridge and descend alongside an ancient forest planted with downy oaks.
Starting from the hamlet of Puech Sigal, alternatively, starting from the centre of the village of ND de la Rouvière and joining Puech Sigal via GR6B (variant extending the route by 3.2km)
