Gîte d'étape "La Coconnière de Valleraugue"

Once a silkworm mill, then a holiday camp for the APAS (Association for the Promotion of Social Action), La Coconnière is now a guest house and a group accommodation. The group accommodation consists of 9 bedrooms ranging from 2 to 7 people.

The Coconnière gîte is both a stopover gîte and a group gîte. Classified as a large capacity gîte, it can accommodate 40 people.

The accommodation is spread across 9 bedrooms (sleeping 2 to 7 people), each with its own shower room and toilet. On the ground floor, you'll find a self-catering kitchen and a dining room opening onto the garden, complete with a barbecue and outdoor furniture for relaxing and unwinding.

You can rent the self-catering gîte or, upon reservation, benefit from breakfasts, half-board, full-board and picnics.

For all these services, feel free to request a quote for the group accommodation.

The maximum capacity for events (weddings, birthdays, seminars, etc.) or groups is 40 beds. You can increase the sleeping capacity by 15 people by also booking the guest house.

During the winter period, the large gîte is open for groups of 15 people or more upon reservation.
