Roc'N River - Canoe

Three canoe and kayak routes allow you to descend the Hérault gorges: a family descent suitable for children and families, a more sporty descent taking in many rapids, and the full route combining these two courses.

Three canoe and kayak routes allow you to descend the Hérault gorges: a 9km family descent that is perfect for families (from Saint Bauzille de Putois to Aubanel), it takes about 2h30 without a break for this trip.
A more technical descent involving numerous rapids (from Ganges to Saint Bauzille de Putois). Approximately 6km through the gorges, to be completed in about 1 hour 30 minutes without breaks.
And an "adventure" descent of 15km from Ganges to Aubanel, allow approximately 4 hours without breaks for this route.
Canoes are rented for the time you want, and it is possible to bring a picnic thanks to the waterproof containers provided by the facility.
