Museum Overview
An organic farm that sprouted from seeds of passion to revitalize chestnut trees, sweet onions and agropastoralism in the Cévennes.
The Esparon Farm is located in the Cévennes National Park at the foot of Mont Aigoual. We started an agricultural activity in 2015 with the project of rehabilitating an abandoned chestnut grove and terraces for market gardening (sweet onion, butternut squash, asparagus) in compliance with the philosophy and rules of Organic Agriculture.
Since 2022, we have been proud to present our AB certified products. We offer you the fruits of our passion and our work, our products grown by us and processed 100% in the Cévennes.
Since 2024, we have been welcoming a small flock of Rouge du Roussillon lambs, taking advantage of Agropastoralism.
Our processed and AB certified products: chestnut creams (plain or vanilla), onion confit, onion soup and spreads made with butternut squash and sweet onion and wood-roasted chestnuts.
