Museum Overview

Farm-raised pigs and farm-produced charcuterie. Our charcuterie is made from pigs raised on the farm and fed with our own grain. They live in a pigsty with an outdoor area on straw bedding. Free tours available.

Sale of: sausages, ham, pâtés with juniper, Roquefort cheese, chestnuts, walnuts, black pudding, pig's snouts, fricandeaux, confit ribs, fresh meat to order...

On the Causse Noir plateau at the foot of Mont Aigoual, and near the Trévezel gorges. Very varied landscapes. Sheep farming for the production of Roquefort cheese. It's possible to see the pigs, sheep, and watch the milking during the season.
All products are manufactured by us, without colouring or preservatives.

Sales at fairs/markets: Lanuéjols markets, apple and onion fair in October in Le Vigan, olive festival in Corconne in December.

Farm sales all year round. Home delivery available on request.
Sales at the "Terres d'Aigoual" producers' shop at the Col de la Serreyrède, at the "bistrot paysan" shop in Nant and at the "Coopérative d'oignons doux" in St André de Majencoules.
