Enjoy an open-air cinema screening of the film "Donkey Skin". Jacques Demy directed this adaptation of Charles Perrault's fairy tale in 1970.

Inconsolable after his wife's death, the king (Jean Marais), pressured by his ministers, must nevertheless remarry in order to provide the kingdom with a crown prince. But he must honor the promise he made to the dying queen: not to marry a woman less beautiful than herself. After searching for a long time for the perfect woman, the king sets his sights on a young woman of dazzling beauty, his own daughter (Catherine Deneuve).

The Festival:
Contemporary debates, literary, philosophical or historical conferences, concerts, theatre performances, readings aloud, thematic exhibitions, convivial evenings will follow one another during the summer, in the form of several focused events offered in Valleraugue and numerous events in several surrounding Cévennes villages.
