Reading of Everything's Fine! by Michel Bayar: In a protected forest where all living things, from the grass to the birds, speak the same language one day a year, a female toucan arrives during a storm. She comes from a forest devastated by humans, subjected to the economic forces that are destroying it. How will she be received?
Corinne Maeght's workshop: she started making chocolate in 2015. A confirmed craftswoman, based in Anduze in the Cévennes, validated by her peers internationally, she has trained around forty people in the subtleties of processing the cocoa bean to designing the chocolate bar.
