"Faust's Dance": To mark the release of her book by HAR publishers, Sylvie Reymond Bagur offers us a reading of extracts from the work by Gérard Mazzuchelli and musical interludes (flute, lyric soprano and piano).

Writer and writing workshop facilitator, Sylvie unveils her new novel with finesse for this literary and musical evening.
Here is the back cover text:
"What if the grand finale and its blazing light never came? What if the show never took place?"
Final rehearsals, choreography setup, lighting, aesthetic questions and dancers at work, bodies and plots are knotted and unknotted on stage as well as backstage.
Obstacles multiply, like a Faust of artistic creation, caught between heritage and modernity, the choreographer faces them, until this body is rediscovered on the stage.
The story of a double creation, that of a show and a book, La Danse de Faust takes us into the fascinating world of theatre and writing.
