Stroll through the streets and discover 120 local exhibitors, producers, farmers and artisans:

The stars of the day: Discover the exclusive sale of Sweet Onion from the Cévennes PDO and Reinette Apple from Le Vigan by the Origine Cévennes Cooperative.
At the heart of know-how: Explore the Made in Cévennes Fair to meet the talents of our region.
Culinary demonstrations & tastings: Follow the chefs and artisans of "Militant du Goût du Gard" around their mobile kitchen for gourmet demos throughout the day.
A unique gourmet break: Enjoy an authentic cargolade with sweet onion from the Cévennes and delve into the secrets of the PDO.
Food & Territory: Participate in the fun workshop of the Territorial Food Project to deconstruct preconceived ideas about our food.

11:00 a.m.: Colourful parade of brotherhoods throughout the city centre and concert by the group "Les Déhanchés au Jardin des Orantes.
11:00 & 15:00: Learn the secrets of the orchard during the apple tree grafting workshop (Jardin des Orantes).
14:00 PM: Celtic stopover with the live concert of the Pays Viganais Music School (Market Square)*.

Workshops of the 5 senses: "Awakening to taste" and "Tasting my territory" to become a little Cévennes gourmet.
