Mountain biking trail No. 4

Starting from Blandas.

This route is quite demanding, with some sections requiring carrying your bike! From Blandas, take the road to Le Vigan, then the GR (long-distance hiking trail) to Le Landre. From there, turn right and follow the road for 1,5 km to La Planas, where you'll find the start of the PR (local hiking trail) that will take you to the hamlet of Navas. At the road, turn right onto the D113a until you reach the Chemin des Morts (Path of the Dead), where you'll find the GR that will lead you to Montdardier. After crossing the village, once you've crossed the D48, you'll be on the shared GTMC (Grande Traversée du Massif Central) route for approximately 18 km. Just before Rogues, turn towards Blandas and the Cirque de Navacelles. Follow the GR along the cliff edge before taking a small singletrack that will lead you to the Pas du Loup (the view of the cirque is magnificent). At the road, turn right and take the path along the hillside to Calorouge. At the crossroads you will turn right (the GTMC will go left) to enter the Fontaret woods until you reach your starting point in Blandas.
