Discover bison meat and charcuterie in the authentic setting of a vaulted Causses sheepfold. Specialties: bison steak, bison burger, bison bourguignon.

Menu, adult set menus from €20 to €30. Children's menus at €9 and €13. Indoor dining room and outdoor terrace.

Inn open between 12pm and 14pm, and between 19pm and 20pm (Evening only by reservation).
From September 1st, open on weekends only until October 13th, 2024.

The hostel is open for group bookings only.

From 01/07 to 31/08/2026, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 12pm to 14pm. Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 14pm and from 19pm to 21pm.
From 1/07/2026 to 31/08/2026: Reception open from 10am to 19pm.
Restaurant open every lunchtime and on Friday and Saturday evenings
Set menu on Wednesday evenings from July 22nd to August 26th (Show + Meal package):
